Gareth made the big leap of turning his passion into a reality when he created Island Fever in 2018.  Since then he has curated countless events - from exclusive parties, to world firsts to show-stopping Jersey weddings, he continues to receive outstanding feedback for his work.

In 2020, Gareth introduced 'The Collection'. The wedding and event hire range continues to evolve and the styling squad has been at the heartbeat of over 350 weddings and events since. Furthermore, in 2023, Monocle Booth, brought with it a premium photo booth experience for our couples and clients, in Jersey. ​
